As a registered NDIS provider based on the Sunshine Coast, The Community Collective Qld team can offer a variety of activities and support that help you build the life you want, along with creating independence within your capacity.
Our support workers have extensive knowledge in disability support, youthwork and employment services to cater towards a variety of individual needs and interests.

0125 – Participate Community – Participation in community, social and civic activities
0116 – Innovative Community Participation – Increased social and community participation
0117 – Development Life Skills – Development of daily living and life skills
0108 – Assist-Travel / Transport – Assistance with travel / transport arrangement
0102 – Assist Access / Maintain Employment – Assistance to access and maintain employment or higher education
0133 – Spec Support Employ – Specialised supported employment
